Your session is 10 minutes just for your little(s) and Santa. You can purchase as much time as you would like!
What is included with my Santa Session?
Besides you the virtual one on one time with Santa you will receive an email with a recording of the session... for free!
There is also the option to add a guest appearance from Mrs. Claus during the Santa Session for an addition fee.
When is Santa Gebler available for Santa Sessions?
Santa Gebler is available 7 days a week through January, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and New Years day! However, if you would like to book Santa Session on those days you may submit a request that through the Contact page for additional pricing and scheduling options. For those booking a virtual Santa Session not on a holiday, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to choose an available timeslot.
I have multiple children in my house, can they all be on the same Santa Session?
Santa Gebler prefers one children per session, but can accommodate up to two children per session. For additional children we recommend purchasing additional Santa Sessions.
Do I need a Zoom account to book a Santa Session?
You do not need a Zoom account to book a Santa Session. However, you will need to download the Zoom application prior to your Santa Session.

How will Santa Gebler handle my child's request for presents?
Santa Gebler has over 45 years experience handling tough requests with grace and dignity. He understands that children's precious hearts sometimes want items that are just not possible to provide (i.e. - a pony, a deceased loved one or pet, electronics, etc.). Since each Santa Session and child are so personal there is no blanket response, but rest assured Santa Gebler will handle these requests with compassion and couth. Santa Gebler will NEVER promise to deliver any specific request. Typically he has to "check with his elves."
When can I book a Santa Session?
Santa Sessions need to be booked 24 hours in advance.
Are in person Santa Sessions available?
YES! Santa Gebler is Bucks Co. PA native but is currently located in Tucson, Arizona and is available for in person special appearances. Follow this link to contactSanta Gebler for private appearances.
How will Santa Gebler know my child?
The confirmation email after purchase will include a Personalized Experience form, so that Santa can provide the most authentic and personalized experience for your child/children as possible! Some information requested on the form will be optional, but we encourage you to fill out as much as you feel comfortable with. Submit one form per child.
I want to purchase Santa Sessions for my grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, etc. , is that possible?
YES! The confirmation email will guide your to the Personal Experience form. Please fill out and submit this form for each child you are purchasing a Santa Session.
Can I book a Santa Session with Santa Gebler on a holiday?
YES! Santa Gebler is available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. These very special requests are handled through the Contact page, as rates and availability differ from normal booking days and time.

How do I do this ZOOM meeting thing?
After scheduling your Santa Session an email invitation to a Zoom Meeting will be sent to the purchaser.
Download the ZOOM application to the device you be using for your virtual Santa Session.
Click on the link provided in the Zoom Meeting Invitation. Santa Gebler recommends logging into the meeting 5 minutes prior to the start of your Santa Session.
Santa Gebler will join at your scheduled time.
So, can I schedule a Santa Session for my pet?
Absolutely! Santa Sessions can be schedule for anyone for any reason. Just make sure to include all the details in the Personal Experience form you will receive in your confirmation email.
Can I get a refund for my Santa Session?
Santa Sessions are non-refundable. If an emergency arises and you are unable to attend your Santa Session please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for the opportunity to reschedule. You must contact Santa Gebler BEFORE your scheduled Santa Session to be eligible for the opportunity to reschedule. However, because of Santa Gebler's very hectic schedule this time of year we can not guarantee there will be sessions available.
